  • 1-10 guests: 1 waitstaff required

  • 11-24 guests: 2 waitstaff required

  • 25-36 guests: 3 waitstaff required

  • $300 per wait staff (4 hours)

  • $60 per hour thereafter

  • A $200 surcharge applies to pick-up or drop-off at Manly and Middle Harbour (each way)​​​
